The only places I know is mid-fi dealer Richer Sounds, whos owner Julian Richer is a partner in "Audio Partnership" that owns Cambridge Audio among other things. Doubt they have tube stuff.
Then there is Target Hi-Fi that is a high end dealer, however they are in London, Ontario.
