Heartsound ground boxes

I've known Krissy who founded Heartsound from the Perfect Path days and have and still do enjoy the Perfect Path products.  After Tim passed, she formed Heartsound and through dogged trial and error has come up with some terrific products.  I have been listening with 2 sets of the Hearsound Holostages in my system for about a month.  I was initially skeptical of an audiophile device that was essentially passive and not plugged into anything.  Made no sense to me at all.  I didn't see how it could do anything.  I mean, how could it? It's just sitting in the room. So, I passed on it. Having read the experiences of others on WB forum, all of which were positive by the way, I took the plunge.  These products definitely improved all aspect of the sonic experience-larger sound stage, improved timbre, and improved clarity.  The Holostage has been discussed on this forum before.  She also has a ground box product.  It's a roughly 4x6 inch box with a single wire attachment site.  It is attached to the chassis of any audiophile product, in my case a VAC Master Preamp with phono, by connecting a small (18 ga in my system) to any surface chassis screw. I figured it wouldn't do much-again how could it?  I was at least certain it wouldn't damage the equipment since it wasn't plugged into anything.  I waited until I was sure the Holostaged were acclimated to my room an then connected it last week.  All I can say is WOW. It's like the Holo's on steroids.   The whole listening experience is so much more immersive.  The quality of the timbre of each instrument is so much more real and the sound stage is immense.  The most amazing part though is you almost feel inside the music.  My wife walked into the listening room not knowing I added the ground box and within seconds said "It sounds so clear". I've ordered a second unit that I will connect to my VAC Signature Monos.  This product makes no sense to me.  It isn't connected anything that should make a difference.  Anyone with Holographs needs to try this unit.  For the eternal nay sayers who argue it can't possible work because of blah, blah, blah I don't have an answer, other than to say it does work, and noticeably.  Period.  The best part-you can test drive one for free.  Krissy has a money back guarantee on all of her products. So there is nothing to lose.  Hopefully those of you whose minds remain open will give this a try.  I know that I am so very glad that I did.

Please elaborate on the location of your Holostage boxes.  Did you find the sweet spot right away, or has it been a matter of trial and error?   I have 12 Holostages and one grounding box.  I have two pure silver wires going from the grounding box to my Preamp and DAC.  I would buy another grounding box for my amps, but I can not get to one amp :(

I have been super impressed with Krissy's products.

I am still experimenting—the Holostage placements.  I started out placing them on my audio components, but that didn't impress me.  I do not have any shelving to place them on.  I have one on each crossover box, which is 24" off the ground, right next to the Aries Cerat Aurora speakers.  I then have two on each corner of a coffee table in front of me.    I angle them in line with each speaker to my sitting areas.  I have six on my kitchen counter directly behind my sitting area, two on each corner, and two in the middle.  They are all angled, and I have not stacked them as some people do.  I have a couple in a separate room where my router and switch are.  I really can't say what that impact is.

I have been unable to listen to music for the last three months, so I need to start listening again.  I want to compare the Grounding box on the Pre and DAC with and without the GB.  I am lucky enough to have a super high-end system in total.  Sometimes you wonder why you would need any tweaks if your system is so good.  I have asked myself that question many times, and yet when I added the Holostage boxes, I was floored by the increase in soundstage and holographic sound.
