I got a complete set of spare tubes for my ML2 SETs several months ago from Elina. She was busy, but even when Vlad was alive, it often took a few weeks for them to match and burn in the tubes.
The best I can suggest as a long time Lamm owner is to try and leave a phone message as well as sending an email. I’m under the impression (I may be wrong) that the tech who worked with Vlad in Deep Brooklyn is in Florida with the family and has his hands full.
Not offering excuses, just sharing my experience. Is it one of his SET amps or a hybrid that you are having repaired?
