I myself own a Zet 3 ..Reed 2G tonearm & a Jelco. Although I have not heard a direct comparison to the Zet 1 from what I have read is that the Zet3 with the heavier platter gives a more weighty sound presentation which is more prevalent in the lower mid range to the lows. With over $1,500 difference in price you will have weigh the cost gains of spending more for the Zet3. Either way, they are both very fine and well built pieces of Analogue bliss!!
Has anyone compared Transrotor Zet 1 to Zet 3?
I'm planning to buy a Transrotor TT, and would like to know if anyone has already compared Zet 1 to Zet 3. Thanks!
