Guitar preamp and power amp same power conditioner

Hello,

I’m currently building a Jerry Garcia inspired guitar rig; which is to be rack mounted and powered by the same power conditioner.
I have a SMS classic JG preamp and a Hughes and Kettner CF-200 power amp plugged into a Furman PL-Plus, along with a voodoo lab pedal power 2 for a few pedals.

I recently upgraded all the power cables to 1 foot 14 AWG cables from monoprice. I’ve also purchased some high quality 14 AWG 1/4’ speaker cable to banana interconnect from infinite cables, hopefully that arrives soon.

The rig itself sounds really sweet, but after further research it seems I may be limiting my power amp by having it plugged into a power conditioner?

I know the guitar world is quite backwards from the HIFi world at times , so it has lead me to believe that having your preamp and power amp (like a combo amp) on the same circuit helps combat ground loop issues? But since this is a rack build all of my units are separate, so I have the ability to play around with things.

I am running the power amp in 200 watt bridge mode . Noise floor is normal for a 100 year old house in a big city. I got the ok to get a direct line to the breaker box, but that’s a project for the spring.
Any insights are much appreciated, sorry for the ramble, my first post.

I'm not sure this is the info you are looking for, but I keep my Fender amp and various foot pedals in the same room as my audio setup, but on a completely separate circuit from the audio equipment. You're idea of the direct line is a good one. I use a power conditioner on the audio, but not on the Fender nor the pedals, and I never even thought to do that. So I cannot say what impact the conditioner would have on it. I also unplug the 9V adapter for the foot pedals when not in use. Hope this helps a little bit. Off topic but - are you building a wolf guitar or a wall of sound - it wasn't clear what you meant by a Garcia inspired rig ;--)
