Maybe he just figured out that the differences were so subtle that you wouldn't buy them after you compared them to your present speakers. Lot of work for the slim chance of a sale (he thinks). :-)

I’m considering trading in my GoldenEar Triton 1’s fo Triton 1R’s. Has anyone here done the same, and if so can you tell me what the differences are?
