Gold Note is-1000 or Elac Alchemy stack

Looking at upgrading my current electronics.  I am considering the Gold Note IS-1000 and/or the Elac Alchemy stack - DDP-2 pre-amp/DAC, DPA-2 amp. and the PPA-2 phone pre-amp.  I play vinyl, stream and even still play CD's and would like the ability to hook up to my TV.  My current speakers are Mark & Daniel Ruby's, Tekton Lore's and Xavian Perla Exclusiva's.  I am someone who holds onto his equipment for years and hopefully what I pick will work for many years.  I am not an "audiophile" just a music lover.  I was hoping someone could chime in with their thoughts vis-a-vis these two options.  Thanks in advance

That's true - cord expense can add up and there is definitely more to manage.  Thanks for your thoughts.

Personally I like Gold Note products but between your choices I would still go with the GN because it's an all in one unit. No need for extra interconnects or 3 ac cords so a cleaner experience. Sonically can't tell you which is better but just my thought.
