Are the speakers still under warranty ?
According to the Anthony Gallo website, they are located in Chatsworth, CA. Are you anywhere near this ?
Not saying that you cant fix this, but maybe just send the one speaker in and let them replace whatever is wrong and then they can test the speaker also to make sure nothing else is wrong.
