Furutech Flux50 NCF shoutout

Inserting the above in the power supply feeding digital components or amplifiers is a major upgrade no matter the quality of the power cable employed. I use Nordost Valhalla on digital and Acoustic Revive reference on the power amplifier and in both instances the insertion resulted in substantially improved sounstaging and instrument separations. Try it or you won’t know what your system is capable of.

"I found, over the years, that Furutech accentuates the leading edge at the expense of the "body" of an instrument, giving a "cool-ish" flavor to the sound of components. Harmonic richness is not something that the Furutech endows its products with." - @gbmcleod

I've never heard Furutech described like that before. Just goes to show that there is no substitute for listening in one's own system.

Every interconnect, power cord, and speaker cable I have are current production Furutech and my results are the polar opposite of what gb experienced.

Warmth, saturation, texture, and timbre are the descriptors that come to mind.

I was all in for Nordost when my system was tube based. The synergy was great. When I switched to a Hypex based integrated, the Nordost was no longer a good fit. After much research, I tried a Furutech DPS 4.1 power cord with FI-50 NCF terminations and was hooked.

There really is no predicting.
