Frequently asking to re-login

Lately I've had to re-login every few days , have you experienced this ?

@drbond

agreed a 2 factor verification is a good improvement agents fraud , but happening every couple of days ?

@laoman

an opinion about apple was not asked for nor is it about the question raised .

The login itself is 25 hours of inactivity. Users sessions will time out after that period of time and they will need present their password a second time. (This is both a security thing but also a system performance issue as we cannot hold user sessions indefinitely.)

We are not aware of any problems with VPN related to this functionality.

Admin,

25 hours of inactivity is really a short time frame. Can't you extend that to maybe 72 hours?

@ozzy

We will consider this, but 72 hours may be too long. This function is for security reasons for all users.  It is in place to protect accounts.

Thank You Tammy for answering Audiogons reason for having us re-login so often .  But I do have a question about the user session timing , if I open Audiogon and read some forum questions and answers , look at the classifies then close Audiogon how does the 25 hours of  inactivity come into play ? Are we supposed to login and out every time , especially on my personal desktop computer ?
