For folk fans

I have ROON and as a folk music lover I often listen to "Folk Alley" radio. On ROON's list of folk radio
 stations I noticed the  station  "Folk Forward " out of San Francisco. I'm enjoying what I'm hearing. Most of 
the music is new to me and not what one would normally associate with folk. The word modern' comes to mind,
a bit pop -like at times. I recommend that folkies give it a listen.
