Finite Elemente Pagode Master Reference HD09 Amp Platform

I would be interested if anyone who owns or has owned the Finite Elemente Pagode Master Reference HD09 amplifier platform could share some impressions on it. Does it bring a noticeable or significant improvement when the component presumably an amp is placed on it.
