I have tried many excellent P/Cs on The DCC2, which worked exceptionally well on other source equipment, but the Min-Khan opened up the soundstage and added such a significant amount of detail and bloom around instruments and had a palpable effect on the detail and air around woods and strings in particular, with the DCC2. It was clearly the best P/C i have tried with the DCC2 and was as good as the more highly priced Electraglides in my system. It was as noticeable and superior an addition to my system as any other i/c or s/c that I have tried. Whereas the i/c differences were more in hf smoothness and background darkness, the Mini-Khan added a dimension of bloom and 3-dimensionality, particularly to orchestral works.
Feedback,please on new Electraglide Mini Khan Plus
I would like to get some feedback from users of the new Electraglide Mini Khan Plus( all silver foils) power cord. What's your impression of this cord compared to early models from Electraglide? What component(s) have you found it to work best with? How long in your opinion did it take for the cord to fully break in? ( I've been told by several people that it takes a looooooong time to break in)However, one user told me that it sounded better than most cords fresh out of the box. Thanks for the input.
