I think I remember seeing videos on YouTube of Mike from ElevenStereo out of Atlanta, GA making really nice crossovers. His channel name is OCDHIFIGUY. I hope this helps. 

You’re probably way ahead of me, but I know he advertised his services on the AC website at the GR Research circle. Maybe try him through there.

Are you still trying to find someone to build this crossover. You might want to reach out to bigkidz who is a member here. He builds his own equipment and does repair work. He may be able to help you.
