Experience up-leveling streaming with USB cables?

@rrboogie - I'll read through that forum post you've provided. I've read many folks are pleased with the Network Acoustics Muon2 cables. I've had them on a shortlist to consider.Thanks for the recommendations. 

@rbstehno - I have an Innuos Zenith mkiii streamer that uses USB. It sounds really good. I'm happy with the sound of my system. Simply trying to up-level as possible. What streamer do you recommend?

@antigrunge2 @benzman @bassbuyer  @cfa88 @glenmschneider - Thank you for your suggestions. I'll take a look at those suggested USB cables. I've read that 1.5 meters is good for USB, but it sounds like you suggest that shorter is better?

@jayrossi13 - Thanks for that link. Those are two of the cables that have caught my attention, btw. Have you heard both? And could you describe the impact of the Black Magic Ultra? What's your impression of that cable? I'd welcome your description of the impact in your system. 

@fastfreight - KS seems to be consistenly praised. Would you mind sharing what you feel the impact of the KS cable is in your system?

@jeffreyw - Do you have a preference between the inakustik Reference and Wireworld Platinum Starlight 8 USB? 

@donquichotte - Interesting... and a good reminder that just because something is more expensive doesn't mean it will sound better! Thanks for tips on cable length. 

@fthompson251 - Thank you for suggestion. Would you mind any qualitative impressions of the Front Row USB cable? I'd be curious to hear your thoughts.

@zlone - I knew you were following Mitch's thread and probably curious about how he was going to review the Merason. I felt his perspective jives with what I hear. It seems his Merason Dac1 mkii went fast. 

@v-fi - Did you see Mitch's recent DAC comparison review? It was quite the well-followed thread as he demoed and wrote about his impressions of each dac. Given that you've got a nice assortment of cables, would be great to hear your impressions once you test them with your new Innuos reclocker. 

BTW - Have you tried out those USB cables in your current system? If so, any early impressions you could share? 

@v-fi - Totally agree. I’ll find the link to Mitch’s “Six Dac comparison” thread here on Audiogon. It’s actually here on the digital forum. I think you might enjoy the read. It’s a fun read exactly because it’s from the perspective of an enthusiast enthralled with a passion for music and the effect equipment can have on sound quality. 
 

Will look forward to your observations on the various USB cables. Along with the Innuos reclocker it’s my next planned upgrade in 2025.
