Etherregen, can i connect to apple tv and processor?

Can i use etherregen just like a switch? For apple tv ethernet pass thru

AKA UpTone The makers of EtherRegen. They market it for sonic improvement of ethernet data. Apple is known for bad sound. I can’t see any point from here.

Apple tv, source of youtube, can ethnet source to apple tv be the etherregen switch? . apple does ok with sound. We all tend to use it for netflix, youtube, etc. cann etheregen make it better?
