Way cool art — especially love that first piece and, of course, the one of the musician. Have to say I was pretty surprised at the Krell phono pre. Not that it’s not a great piece, but Krell isn’t exactly known for phono preamps. Likewise a little surprised at the Krell integrated — again not that it’s not a nice piece of equipment but still would’ve thought separates or maybe something like Gryphon, Vitus, Constellation, etc., but then again I get the potential synergy between the phono pre and amp if you dig the Krell house sound. And last, in this day and age a mid-90s CD player and no streamer? Didn’t see that coming either. Don’t get me wrong, I’m not belittling any of these choices and I’m sure it all sounds superb but just a bit surprised is all, but I like being surprised. Very much enjoyed Part 2 and thanks again for sharing.
