Entry Level Tube Integrated Amps

I’d like to dip my toe into the tube world. Does anyone have experience, or have listened to, an LSA-70T or a Willsenton R300 tube integrated amp? Thanks in advance for your opinion(s)!

I know you said integrated but you might want to try a modified Magnavox console amplifier.  Make sure it has the original or NOS tubes in it.  Look online at the usual places.  You could buy an inexpensive passive preamp to go with it.  It will knock your socks off!

the best sounding integrated amplifier I heard was the Line Magnetic 28wpc why?  Because are built with a great transformer.  Nothing else listed here has one that I am aware of.  We build audio components but nothing integrated.

I have nothing but positive things to say about my Prima Luna Evo 400.

I bought it from a local dealer for way less than you see it listed on line.

The Dynaco Stereo 70.

I built one from a kit when I was 14 years old. I used it for 12 years before switching to a pair of Dyna MK IIIs, then a larger Hafler. I cannot say the latter two were improvements. I now use a pair of NYAL Futtermans OTL3s.

The simple design has stood the test of time. There are now many excellent mods of it available for $800 - $2,000 range.

imho one of the all time classics - David Hafler was brilliant - and still a good amp esp for the money.

However.

It’s not integrated. The Dyna PAS preamp has also been souped up by current engineers/hobbyists. Pair them together for a classic look and sound.
