I'm not familiar enough with the speakers or the amp to say for sure, but I suspect it will work ok.
You'll be much happier with more "juice" though. You'll probably get plenty of volume, but may have some clipping if you're driving them hard (ie if you like to crank hard rock). It will probably be lacking dynamics too.
