In addition to getting thoughts from members here I would check the Emotiva Lounge forum for people's thoughts on the XPA-1L amp but take the reviews with a grain of salt.

Hi, I was thinking about purchasing the Emotiva XPA-1L due to is features especially the switchable Class A to A/B. Has anyone have any experience with this amp? Thanks and happy listening
