Emotiva not so good

Emotiva amps are good until you hear another brand in the same space.

Update to my previous post, I am now sending back my Emotiva XPA-5 for warranty repair. This is the third Emotiva product in a row that will require warranty repair (two processors and now an amp). Emotiva requires that I pay for shipping. Each of these repairs have cost me time and money. Am I really just unlucky or are these badly manufactured? Emotiva didn’t offer me anything other than "standard warranty" service even after I continued to support and buy their equipment. These products are just absolute garbage. Not even close to high end. Avoid this company and products.

I bought an xpa 3 DR for HT, You pay a little more for the DR, brand new from Emotiva and it was DOA, wouldn't they test there amps before shipping? They sent another no questions asked before I even sent that one back. I thought the customer service was great.  Paul Mcgowin is there biggest salesman since posting his personal HT setup using an emo amp!

In other news, water is wet.

Emotiva is for folks who don't have enough money to buy a good brand (me included).

Once, I have enough money, I quickly move on to other Higher-end brand.

Emotiva served me well during my college years though. I did not miss my XPA-2 and did not lose any money trading it around to other college kids.
