emmlabs cdsd and dcc2 straight into wall or hydra

Hey have people found more listening pleasure with the emmlabs cdsd and dcc2 straight into the wall outlet or into a power outlet like the hydra and then into the wall outlet.

I do own Jim Weil's Line Stage from http://www.soundapplication.com and do plug both components into it which then plugs into a dedicated AC wall outlet. Sonically, my impression is that they perform better this way than directly into the wall.
