Electronluv. Has anyone experienced these?

We've all seen them--and whether we respond with love or hate--it's generally agreed that they are works of art. Does anyone have experiences with the sound or practicallity of these amps or pres?

I have a friend who owns them. I'm hoping to outlast him on this earth so I can walk up to his widow after the funeral and offer my retirement savings (what's left of it at that point) for the set. I hate coming home to my suck-a**
system after listening to his!!!!
