ELAC Uni-fi UF5 or not

Hello, I have been thinking about getting the ELAC Uni-fi UF5.  Currently I am rocking the Monitor Audio Silver RX6. I am driving these speakers with my Macintosh MA6300 Integrated amplifier with Oppo BDP-105.  I also run a REL sub.  These speakers is in a small office/media room. I mostly stream media and Tidal music.  

My question is, will ELAC be an upgrade or down grade to the Monitor Audio RX6?
