EAR 834P Signature vs.Hafler DH 110

Would an EAR 834P Signature Phono Stage with the Volume control be a significant upgrade from a Hafler DH 110 Preamplifier?

Brings back fond memories. I must agree with Narrod. The difference will be HUGE.
