No problems here. I get daily search updates.
No idea what Boolean searches are...

No problems here, either.  I get updates on my "subscribed" searches daily. You might want to double check your eBay settings and confirm that you are "Subscribed" to email alerts for the searches in question.  Sometimes  things "slip out of clutch" for no ostensible reason and need to be reset.

I am still getting mine everyday.
