Dyna Pas3 Van Alstine Modified Chase Tech

I recently bought a B&K ST 140 amp from fellow audiogon member and it sounds great. I am using this amp with a Van Alstine Modified Dyna Pas3(tube) I cannot get the Chase Technology remote line controller to work with the Dyna.If anyone is familiar with these preamps,could they please advise how to make the hookup as it is not the conventional hookup that Chase Technologies recommends.
