Dust cover hold up device

Happy Sunday everyone.Im using a Rega P6 turntable, its not possible to tilt the dust cover past 90 degrees so it will stay up due to the fact that its too close to the back wall.so I have to remove the dust cover when using it.I can see this simple device in my mind thats a spring loaded lever/ foot that would come down when you lift the cover past a certain angle that would remedy this situation and it seems like Ive even seen one before. I searched the web this afternoon and see nothing, anybody?
