For the money, I'd listen to B&W 804 D4. My D3s are best speakers I've owned (with limited low bass). Precision instruments.

I started a discussion about a month ago and now eliminated many choices. (Legacy Focus SE are out)
These are for music listening only and not concerned about home theater.
I have a close deal on the Cantons but keep hearing different thoughts about their sound staging, imagining and tonal abilities even though the spec sheets look insane. The Revels are now under Samsung and not Harmon so I worry if they decided to go main stream on this and take away from overall quality. The better deal is the Cantons thus far but these are my final pair of speakers as I'm getting older and can't keep changing all the time.
Both are about 10k...
