I have a pair of Don's 45 monos (with the "globe" 45 tube). These are the best amps I've ever owned, and rank right there with the best amps I've ever heard - regardless of cost.
These get my vote for the biggest bargains in high end audio.
I have several of Don's products including his preamp, cd player and amps. Currently I own amps based on 45, 10/10y/801, 300B and el84 tubes. They all sound great. I have heard and many amps and I like his the best.
