Does Anyone Have Problems Ripping CDs with Zenith??

I have a new Zenith Mk3.  It connected perfectly and has been streaming via Innuos Sense for days.  Finally, I decided to rip a CD.  I put it in the slot, it took and began ripping.  Suddenly, in the middle of the process, it quit.  The unit turned itesel off (no light).  The iPad I was using lost connection.  I pressed the front button on the unit, it turned white and ran through the cycle but, instead of turning blue, turns itself off.  Now I have a CD inside the unit but cannot get it to connect (turn blue).  When I turn it off and on the back toggle switch, it just cycles in white and then turns off again.  Now the kicker:  this is the second unit I have had that has done this.  I bought a Zenith Mk3 in Sept. and it did the same.  I eventually shipped it back to the factory and they replaced it with this one.  I'm at a loss...

Did you check the SN to make sure they didn’t accidentally send you back the same one?

I have a Zenith MK3 and have been streaming for months, never tried to rip a CD. I’ll watch this thread and contemplate trying it soon.

PS I bought it used with 300 cds installed on the hard drive, so I guess it works.
