Can I plug 2 bryston 4b amplifier into a furman 15 amp regulator? It's furmans small regulator.

Right now I've got 123 volt so this is the time to pump up volume . As people say plug to wall but times my voltage drops to 113-114 and has big spikes. Good old summer and it's approaching me . So plug in to wall is scary.
