Do these pioneers look genuine?

The model number is S-E31B but I can’t find them anywhere in the internet. They have 6 Ohm impedance and 100 W RMS each.
Also just by looks do the above speakers seem better or these ones http://static.clickbd.com/global/classified/item_img/629556_1_original.jpg ? Thanks

The income is low here, that doesn’t mean electronics are sold cheaper.
