Wondering what options there are for dac with non chip based r2r and a tube output stage. I’m not aware of any but figure they must exist. My guess is they are way out of my price range and that’s why I’m unfamiliar.
+1 for Audio Mirror Tubadour IV, however, it does use an Analog Devices chip. I have one and it sounds excellent and I like the appearance and the way it works.
