Disagreements and Conflicts between Audiophiles have we lost our brotherhood and maturity?

I looked back over my posts and even my audio business dealings over the last 5 years and it seems like we have lost our ability to peacefully disagree or resolve disputes like grown men. Some of my best friends in this life are audiophiles and I enjoy the gear, the music and the brotherhood. I don’t enjoy the senseless spats. The inability to resolve conflicts and the people trying to destroy peoples business and reputations. Thoughts?

You cannot argue with a crowd of consumers about their common error...

I tried it because i naively think that many audiophiles like to experiment...

They prefer to buy for many reasons : time, no dedicated room, laziness, pricing superstition, etc...

Acoustics rule and this concept even confused with " acoustic panel" is not well accepted and even understood by people speaking about their n’Th upgrades...

There is an interesting video by Mike Lavigne speaking about his system/room and the decade it takes to set it right even after paying a designer to design the room...

Acoustics rules  over the subjectivist  upgading race and over the electrical measuring objectivist crowd...

Why?

Because there is only one way to learn how to listen and it is not changing the gear but changing the room acoustics factors to serve the gear for our specific ears...

Hearing must be learned as listening with the right acoustics concepts put in place with varying parameters...

No one can debate this...
