Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap

The new AC/DC vinyl reissues are being done by Acoustic Sounds with George Marino of Sterling Sound remastering from the original master tapes. The process will be ALL ANALOG - no digitization whatsoever.

There will be 14 LPs and one double (live 2-LP"collector's edition", not to be confused with "If You Want Blood...", which is one of the single LPs). They will also available in a box set containing all 15 albums. Release is imminent.

Trust me, these will BLOW AWAY any CD.

AC/DC isn't heavy metal. It's hard rock, just like Lead Balloon, or whatever that other big hard rock band is. Hard rock. I don't know whose style guide ever got this confused in the first place, but they're completely out to lunch. Metal begins with Sabbath and Motorhead. AC/DC is metal. My a**. Good band, though.

CHeck out the new CD remasters...they blow away the vinyl...

My mistake. It wasn't Classic Records who did the reissue. But that doesn't detract from the excitement.
