Difference between REL II and III in Strata storm?

I think the III was sealed while the II was ported. I have read about many people preferring the Strata III to the more expensive REL's.
10audio.com has reviews of both and liked the cheaper Strata.

I had the Strata 2 and the Storm 3 at different times mating with the same monitors..I preferred the Strata series over the storm in all areas including the cost

Much thanks.I also note that when they changed lines that they bagged on other evolving technology at same time they lessened thier own line.Shame.
