The Rotel sucks and I am a Rotel dealer. Besides the Denon look at the Sony 3100 ES and the Elite 45i. (Elite is so so on sound quality but the video and reliability can't be beat.)

I'm in the 400 dollar price range and am looking for reliability, redbook CD playback, and good video quality...probably valued in that order. Of the two players, what do you guys recommend? I am open to suggestions about these players and other. Thanks, Justin
