data center power ware

I was looking at an ad from Eaton Powerware. Their series 9 starts at 700w and protects against "all nine" input anomalies:
- outage
- sag
- surge
- spike
- brownout
- line noise
- frequency variation
- switching transients
- harmonic distortion
Prices starting $325 -$653 and into the thousands based in size, not features. Why would this component not work for audiophile purposes?
