DAC upgrade from Modi 3 for Senn HD800 system

My current headphone system uses Schiit stack of Modi 3 DAC/WYRD/Loki EQ and Bryston BHA1 head amp. I stream Roon/Qubuz via Chromecast Audio (POE/Toslink) from a Fidelizer Nimitra S server as Roon Core. Headphones are Sennheiser HD800.

I am looking to upgrade my DAC from the Modi 3.  Budget approx $1500 new or used.

Any thoughts? While I enjoy the detail and flat response of the HD800s, I could use something that might warm up the sound a bit.
