DAC / Streaming Recommendations help needed

Greetings Everyone!

I have over 1 Terabyte of good quality music files on an external hard drive. It was actually the digital Library of a Radio Station that was given to me as a gift. I’d like to move it to a Digital player that will keep the files organized and allow me to utilize the entire Library. Streaming capability would be nice as well. Can someone recommend some decent units with a max spend of $3,000?

Current System:

Parasound Halo A21

Parasound Halo P5

Pro-Ject Debut Carbon

Integra 6 Disc CD Player

Goldenear Triton 5’s

2 JL Audio Dominion D108 Subs

Thanks!

@gasnsteering, thanks for your response!

The files are low res MP3, the highest bit rate I’ve seen is a mere 192kbps. The files are set up in a traditional Windows folder structure with the artist, then album title as the name for each. Up one level higher and I have the Pop/Rock Directory which has the biggest number of albums, then Blues, Oldies, World Music, Country, and Soundtracks. It’s really a vast collection of music. I have one section that has Billboard’s Top 100 songs of each year from 1955 through 2003. Then there’s the individual albums. I’ve had people try to stump the drive by asking for songs or albums and so far I’ve found it every time lol.

I also have have a large collection of live recordings, mostly Grateful Dead, Widespread Panic, and Phish that are archived on CD in the old lossless .SHN and FLAC files that I’d like to upload as well.

Thanks again!
