Dac preamp for Linn 350A

Hello fellow audiogoners i need your help on choosing a suitable dac with inbuilt preamp functions for my new Linn Klimax 350a. As this is for a new apartment in a foreign land it is suffice that i am starting from scratch. I am confused with the current plethora of excellent performing dac options out there. The matching klimac dac don't have any digital inputs and i use exclusively digital sources which will also negate the real need for an analogue preamp. Any suggestions for great interconnects, power cords and power conditioners will be greatly appreciated too. I am a big value for money person so focus will be more on value.
