DAC Choice

Please help me to make an informed decision about a future DAC purchase.
I currently use a benchmark DAC USB1 in my audio system. This DAC seems to perform best at 96k no matter
which output I use.

I am considering purchasing the Woo audio WDS-1 DAC as it is not limited to 96k on it's outputs or inputs.

My question: Is the woo audio DAC really an upgrade and in it's price range is it a solid performer ? Should I consider the Wadia DAC ? I have seen some negative reviews about the Wadia's frequency  performance and realism.
Note ***
I must have a DAC with AES/EBU input because of my Bryston file players (BDP-1) output.
