CYRUS X300 signature- Reset

Hi , I have Cyrus X300 signature Monobloc power Amp, it seems to be stuck in music sensing mode (I cant switch off to red led) otherwise working fine.
is there a factory reset procedure/  cant find service manual to see.Thanks Steve
