Cyrus Signature Phono preamp, anyone using or know much about it?

This is my first post on audiogon, I'm usually hanging around CAM.
I have been reading many glowing reviews about this pre. I'm looking to up grade from my PS Audio GCPH with the level 1 underwood mods.
I'm open to ideas, willing to spend up to $2000 (US)
