I am considering picking up a Creek integrated amp. I was wondering what kind of customer support they have in the way of authorized service centers in the United States. Anyone have experience getting one repaired? (The website didn't have info.)
I had mine repaired (4240SE). Roy Hall gave me the address to some guy in California. Turnaround took about a month. It came back sounding BETTER than new.
Thanks for the info, guys. I sent my NAD C370 to be repaired at the only authorized service center in Colorado. It took 3 months, and it only worked for a day before it broke again. :-(
