I can tell this thread was aptly named.

Oh brothers...testify....let it all out! Maybe lay off listening to the blues and death metal for a bit. Just a thought. Try some Bach. Music can be uplifting and soothe the soul.  The best always ends on a happy note.

I knew Robert Fripp ( the guy on the left playing guitar if you look carefully) was revered,  very cool, cerebral, legendary guitar player, helped invent prog rock, always cutting edge, legend in general already, etc., but never guessed.....

This cements his legacy for sure!

My wife got first vaccine last week.  So far so good.

Banning someone when needed is a very useful tool in some cases among others.
For example I have read one person wish cancer upon another here on several occasions. Banned! Some bad behavior is undeniably bad and cannot and should not be tolerated anywhere ever. I have made that clear to my kids over the years and so far knock on wood with very good results.

Great article!   Really does a nice job of addressing anger, classifying various forms of argument and placing them in a hierarchy based on levels of effectiveness.  Everyone should read that!
