coupon code?

I have never had problems making a listing before. Today I twice tried to make a listing for sale and when I get to checkout, the system asks for a coupon code to continue. What the hell is that?? Can anyone help?

I have found them to be very responsive. If it is something that affects the rest of us, please let us know what you find out. Good luck getting it sorted out.
