corrosion

Hi all - I live in the US Virgin Island and, like most folks here, do not have air conditioning. As a result, the electonics in my home suffer greatly from the salt air - read lots of corrosion. Does anyone have any suggestions or products which they know of which might alleviate this problem or at least reduce the speed with which the corrosion happens?

Thanks - Scott

If you use a spray, dont use WD40,its actually machine oil with solvent as a carrier...use Tri-flow or Bel-ray lube. Both are silicon based.Pam cooking oil is vegetable based. There are many more knowledgeable folks here than me,who hopefully will answer, good luck,Bob
