Correct fuse for Denon 5910?

Does anyone know the correct replacement fuse for the Denon 5910?

To get the proper replacement fuse, I need slow blow or fast blow (fuses give me this info), size (I can measure the fuse), volts (fuses give me this info) and amperage (no info provided on amperage).
